Dunajtschik might be putting the building up for sale but it beggars belief that he has ended up in a situation he didn't want to be in.

To be scrupulously fair, it also beggars belief that Terry and several other successful Australasian businessmen might have fallen for a Nigerian scam from Bahrain.

This is what confounds me as well! He must have one hell of a sales pitch.
