To give JD credit, he has clearly lost confidence in current Nix ownership for a variety of reason, and believes that if we were to all express our anger and no-confidence loudly, Terry would be pressed to throw in the towel and sell out to someone who had money to burn and was just as committed to the Phoenix, and all would be well and all these scary stories would go away. If you assume that all the worst stories are true, and that the "White Knight" actually exists, then this is a logical strategy to follow.
