Actually JD my explanation is that Dunajtschik bought the Tory Street building at a knock-down price because he had Terry over a barrel. He'll hold on to it for as long as he needs to in order to sell it for a profit. It's on the market straight away simply because hotels can take a long time to sell.

You absolutely do have an agenda here - you want Terry out and you've been saying it for months. This is the main point on which we disagree. I don't think that Terry's financial situation is "fine" but I do think it should be allowed to run it's course. The Nix is his club and he deserves some loyalty while he attempts to ride out the storm. I also don't believe that whether he packs it in voluntarily or waits until he is forced to actually makes any real difference to the future of the Nix. It's going to be a coin toss regardless.
