This is all true, however just because Terry is facing bankruptcy again it does not mean he will be made bankrupt, nor will it necessarily affect the NIX; the IRD and ACC tried, he simply delayed until funds could be made available or sourced elsewhere. Who says this wont happen again. I think history has shown that Terry can and will most likely pull yet another rabbit out of his hat and sneak away from this.
