A name. I think Rob Morrison is a very good name, although I wish I knew who the others in the Magnificent Five were, and whether any of them knows thing one about football. Imagine if we get new owners, and the first thing they do is sack Ifill.
A name is better than no names, though, isn't it? At least it gives what was a mysterious rumour a bit more credence, and if that means that there's now more certainty surrounding the club that can't be a bad thing.
As for the football knowledge of the owners of football clubs - how many of them actually know much about football? Around the world and here? That's not really an issue at all as far as I'm concerned - all it requires is that they find people who know a lot about football to run things for them (much as Terry did).
What is an issue though, is should this group at any point find themselves in charge of the Phoenix, is whether they would run and support the club with the same drive and passion that Terry runs it with. I think some people here underestimate the level of commitment that Terry has to the club, and that such level of commitment from an owner is by no means a given should we have to have a change of ownership at some point down the line.
