While it's great news to hear that there seems to be a safety net in place, I am also feeling quite cynical about the timing of this announcement and the impact it will have on Terry's chances of stitching up a deal with his creditors.

Holy crap, maybe the rest of the Phoenix Five are Terry's creditors. Or the people who own the NBR and DoomPost.
