Your membership dollars are secure. The way it works is that the Stadium holds the money and it will not be released to the Phoenix until a Bank guarantee for the entire funds is given. Only then will it be released.

I've always said that Terry's financial problems didn't have an immediate impact on the Nix as long as the club had sufficient cashflow to pay the bills through at least the early part of the season. The big assumption being that money from season ticket sales would be flowing through. But if I read what Tony P is saying correctly then the Nix don't actually have access to the money from season ticket sales! (and a bank guarantee would presumably be pretty hard [impossible?] to get).
This, combined with the news that the Nix allegedly owe Ricki $100k, is pretty much the show stopper for me - decent evidence that the Nix actually need financial support from Terry right now, not later. Support which he is no longer in a position to give (unless he has some gold bullion stashed somewhere).
EDIT: also makes the advice in my signature pretty redundant. I'll change it later!
