Three things are all coming together... the Con factor, The Gang of Five & what is the current Nix structure.
My previous assumptions have been Terry has loaned the Nix money as opposed to sponsorship or equity... meaming anyone buying the Nix takes on the Loans to Terry which look like they will be called if the new owner has money.
The gang of five have gone public about their desire to buy the Nix...are they in Sydney now talking to BB..
The Con factor....Con & Terry are different in how they treated fans and FFA... Con be littled many fans and openly and often challenged FFA..However as long as he paid the bills it was OK... the monment he could not pay the bills FFA dumped him called in the licence and then sold the licence ...
