I would guess the reason why Done-a-chick didn't file them is because he would be on the hook for the unpaid wages etc... Also why sign up to accept 55% of what is known to be a money blackhole, when he is trying to get away from Terry and has been quoted elsewhere as saying 'wish he had never done business with the man'
