Disagree ballane. Yellow Fever has a huge amount of respect around as a great supporters club, without needing to get involved in a public spat about the current off the field stuff.
Yellow Fever going out to the media against our current owner would be a huge risk, especially as we're only just finding out about what any other option away from Terry may be.
And "virtual no comment" DOES NOT equate to butt being kissed. Not even close.
The point is, as a supporters group, Yellow Fever should in the public eye be a positive group who are about supporting the Phoenix, not getting involved in ownership battles unless really, really necessary.
There is probably a point that it would make sense for Yellow Fever to speak out as you seem to want, but I really don't see that the club is at that point. In my opinion, the 'consortium' ownership is looking very desirable. I think we'll see that come through without Yellow Fever having to risk taking sides.Colvinator2011-09-10 01:40:53
