I'm almost certain it's no one in the Phoenix organisation.� This information isn't really Phoenix inside knowledge, more FFA and BUsniess inside knowledge.
That's interesting, in that it makes my continual protestations that "the FFA like Terry and want to keep him around if possible" look kind of stupid.
But as far as "business" goes, certainly, Terry's creditors have an interest in having him stop squirming and accept the inevitable.
