Terry wont talk about his share transfer deal, so we dont know that side of it but it is fully confirmed that Dunajtschik received the option and believes he still has the ability to trade it, although maybe he is just stirring it up in saying that, no love lost between him and Terry with his quote there.
If the licence is held by the company, then it is possible that the control could be handed over in this way, but I'm not sure what FFA controls put on change of ownership when giving a licence out. I doubt if they would let just anyone take over a club.
