News from the SMH appears to suggest Terry will stay on...if he has the money then, well, I guess this is ok news. Proof will be in the pudding though, both in terms of recruitment on and off the pitch. Can't help thinking this is a missed opportunity. This whole period has been absolutely terrible for the club, it has gone on far far too long - I think whether you are for or against Terry you would agree that this has been an unseemly episode for him and the club.
Aye, regardless or your views of Terry continuing to run the club this has dragged on for so so long and has been vastly detrimental to the core business of the club during this pre-season, that of player recruitment and squad improvement.
Have the FFA been dithering over this and not taking decisive action or has Terry managed to spin them a line to buy more time?
Feel like the house of cards is still precariously sitting there waiting for the final nudge to knock it all to the floor...
