Heard a rumour Terry might have got a loan just in time again.

From a Nigerian prince?

Seriously, if Terry can weasel his way out of the creditors' meeting, then those of us who want a new owner will have no recourse but to hope that the FFA agrees with us. Because I think that short of the FFA tiring of the financial shenanigans, it looks like the WPFC licence will have to be prised out of Terry's cold, dead hands. I am no longer sure that this is a good thing.

If as has been reported that there have been breaches of the licence agreement (e.g. not paying Ricki) I think the FFA could take the licence back without too much fuss, with or without Terry's aquiesence.  Although if it was "forcibly" taken I wouldn't be surprised to see litigation from him
