Rob Morrison is thumping into reporters' heads that Welnix has not taken on any of Century City Football's liabilities, only the licence. So Terry still owes Ricki $100,000, I suppose.

This is what interests me. I understand it is a clean sheet, but where do any potential debts go? Still owed by CCF/Terry?

I may have missed it in the presser, my internet connection keeps cutting out.

My understanding is that the new consortium haven't bought the company; they've effectively bought one of its assets i.e. the licence. The debts stay with the company, which will no doubt be wound up with creditors getting a portion of what they're owed.
