Some questions...

Much has been made of the fact that this is a new entity taking over the license. Rob Morrision has been at pains to point out that there is absolutely no connection, or transaction, between Century City Football and Welnix.

Also, the previous holder, CCF, still exists as a functioning entity. It has simply lost the license.

I presume this means that Nathan, Ricki and the other "Phoenix" staff actually have to resign from their current contracts with CCF (or whatever Century City entity actually employed them) and take up new employment contracts with Welnix. A different siutation for the players though? Is their employer actually the FFA?

Also, what happens to sponsorship contracts held by CCF? Are Sony, Export 33, Wgtn Beds, Revera etc, technically no longer sponsors of the Nix? Do they also need to re-sign with Welnix? Is it possible some will choose not to?

And, what is the situation with season tickets? The protection and carry over of these monies to the new entity must be covered in the original license agreement surely. Tony P previously mentioned that they are actually held in trust, but by the stadium? If it was being held by anyone it would be Ticketek wouldn't it? Confusing.

Not saying any of this is a problem, but it is all very, very interesting.
