Because they want to hold up the list of people that Terry owes money to and say "See we told you he was a crook". At some stage they will gain access and they'll do that. And then some of us will say "we didn't know he was that bad". and others of us will say "Leave him alone, don't kick a man while he's down". And those people still owed money will open another can of dog food for dinner.
