In relation to all the talk about emulating the 'Warriors Model' I read this Herald article which talks about Warriors' recruitment manager Dean Bell. IMO the Nix having someone in this same position with the sole purpose of finding NZ's best talent for the development team is crucial and it's likely if the Nix Nine actually want to do it the same way the Warriors are.
But who would be the best person for the job?
There seems to be a lot of ex AWs/current local coaches who don't like or get along with Ricki so maybe the Nix should look overseas?
I just think it's really important that they find the right person so we end up with the Marco's and Kosta's and not the Musa's.
