Dumb idea IMO. Welnix should stick to football. Financing the Hurricanes as well just means a diluted effort and both would suffer. I can't see any advantages for the Nix apart from maybe sharing office/staff support etc. Plus the Eggball franchising is all about handing over money and not getting any power/control. Welnix own the Nix and they have absolute say in how/where their money goes.
