The parallel i make is with the Warriors. They were a shambles on the field. Wayne Scurrah came in as CEO and has tdiied the "back office" up and things have now moved on in leaps and bounds there.
 
Like any building you need a good foundation for success. The foundation for the club is the back office and once that is stable, sorted results will follow.
 
When you listen to Gareths Poddy or what Rob has said in Interviews, at this stage there direction in aiming to build a sustainable club can not be faulted.
 
If in 12 or 18 months time however we are still making changes to the back office with out moving forward playing staff wise, well that is a differnet story.
 
We have to keep telling ourselves that it is only just over so months since they took over the shambles that his Terriness left
