I think the first bit above is unfair. Most of the posters here go beyond the "buy a ticket and rock up and expect total football" - I'd be confident that most regularly try and rope in casuals or infrequent supporters. So it is understandable that people feel like their support of the club is being taken for granted.
I do wonder if people won't sing and chant next week because of all this - that may just (hopefully) be an immediate and passionate reaction to the numptiness coming from Welnix this week. Of course I will continue to show the scarf and wait for the FZ to mangle Stand Up as well as belt out all the other chants (and have everyone stare at me) - I'm there to support the players, the team.
