Exactly. the FFA have pretty strick guidelines and there's no way Newtown is up to them.
Certainly worth hitting up the council and I'd love them to be playing at a rectangle 15k capacity stadium but unless the owners change tack and are happy to forego a heap of cash it ain't going to happen. Wellington just can't support two significant stadiums.
