Does Domey's email of last Friday not count, ballane?

Not really no,sorry but i dont think im alone in saying that it would be nice to see something come from the Welnix guys. We have had plenty of people get in behind us yet we havnt heard buggar all from the ones that really count.

Reading between the lines and with everything going on, I doubt we will know anything until the end of the season.

The current demand for 5k membership and 15k at every home game does not add up unless you know its unrealistic. I'm hoping for four years but its playing out to be FOLD.

Unlike others im struggling to be to optimistic. Yes its great to see all this support and membership numbers going gangbusters but is it really helping. Or is it going to take similar drives in the next four seasons to maintain those numbers. If the answer to that is yes then im afraid we really need to stop kidding ourselves.

Also have yet see anybody answer the question of where our players are going to come from if we accept the four years with no promise of life beyond that.

You have to understand that the next TV deal comes in at the end of 2017 - If the Welnix take up the four years then they technically are/will be part of that new TV deal as there licence runs up to 2020.

So can we keep up the numbers for the next 2 seasons? No one can answer that until the end of this season unfortunately.
