Why does he have to go back to Bala? If he is a pro footballer out of contract, surely he can play where he likes as a free agent?
I also wonder, unless Bala are still paying him or he has a lot of coin stashed, why would he come here and essentially have what would be 12 months until he would sign for the Phoenix after an 'ASBP trial' as contracts run June to May. I think again, if the Phoenix know of him and offered that, playing CL and TW where he can go to Phoenix trainings daily would be the way to go. I'm not buying it Wibble
Reading the article, he has had his contract terminated by the club by his request, with the proviso that if/when he comes back he plays for Bala again.
