I was just wondering about Danny Hay and whether he (and the Phoenix) would be interested in a one year deal. At the start of the season he expressed some interest if he didn't have to live in Wellington. His wife had just had a child and he didn't want to make her move. The kid will be a little older by the start of next season and this would be his last chance of playing at a high level. I think he is still good enough and would provide good leadership if Aloisi doesn't re-sign. Maybe an option if the other defender rumours don't come to anything.
