According to Fred in the Dom, it's England, Germany, the Netherlands and Brazil.
BTW, I know Brazil aint in Europe. 
I guess the advantage of the UK and even Holland is that there's a good likelyhood any players there have a very good understanding of English. Even the Germans are rather fluent on the whole. Getting english speaking players willl hopefully counter those communication errors at the back. By the way does Durante speak English? [shameless piece of Aussie baiting]
