Defensive midfielders aren't usually the quickest on the park :p
Nor are they the slowest.
I think he will compete well for a starting centre back slot, will be great injury cover for Durante and McKain and will be good off the bench when we need to close a game down but I don't see him as a midfielder- particularly with the midfield talent we have.
