I think the boat has sailed for Cole.... he'll be 37 early in the season and as Jag says his form isn't grand.

I just have the impression that the club are looking for players that will build a core for the next 3 or 4 years with this years recruitmentand Cole won't be that.  Aren't Covs, Johnson and Paston our only players over 30 ?
