Here is the latest on Aloisi, from todays SMH.
"Coach John Kosmina, himself under pressure to keep his job after a disappointing season, has said Aloisi was free to leave the club if that was what the player wished.
"There has been a lot of speculation that I am going to walk away, but it is not true," Aloisi said."I am not going to shy away from anything. If things aren't going your way you don't just quit. You don't walk away from challenges. If I was a quitter I wouldn't have spent 15 years in Europe, wouldn't have played in a World Cup or played so many years for Australia.
"I am at Sydney for another year, at least. I am going to give it my all and work hard and turn it around so that we have a great season next year, not only for myself, but for the whole team."
It is a question of who do you believe.
Kosmina is looking to make Aloisi the scapegoat and keep his own job. Aloisi is saying all the right things to ensure he doesnt miss out on getting paid out on his contract if he gets the push.
