i Know he hasn't had much chances this season i'd like to see Kwasnik resigned for next season also

#2) Jeremy Christie
#5) Karl Dodd
#8) Vaughan Coveny
#9) Shane Smeltz
#12) Richard Johnson
#15) Adam Kwasnik
#19) Greg Draper
#20) Glen Moss

Which of these players will we keep surely we cant keep all of them

My crystal ball;

We will sign 21 and keep 2 spots open (allowed up to 23 + guest player) because; baring a catastrophe numbers 22 and 23 would never get any game time; gives us options if someone doesn't work out and means we can spend more on a better 2nd striker - assuming the first striker is marquee.

We have signed 15 and have yet to sign a 2nd keeper and 2 strikers. We also need to sign another centre back - presumably Dodd but if not him someone else - we can't run the risk of having to play McKain at centre back if Durante or Sigmung get injured or suspended - McKain is too valuable at DM. Those 4 make a total of 19.

We also have to have 3 under 20s - Costa one and Draper could be a 2nd - not sure of the cut off date. But you would have to ask why re-sign Draper - no game time in 2 years. I'd like to see us sign another under 20 striker and an under 20 DM or full back - whichever isn't going to be Lia's intended position.

Net result; no room for any of Christie, Johnson (who will surely retire anyway), Kwasnik or Draper. Johnson's reached his best by date, Draper never gets on the park, with Diego, Leo, Daniel and Hearfield Kwasnik wouldn't get any game time - based on this years form, and same for Christie with defenders already signed. A versatile defender (e.g. Christie) is useful but Mulligan (for better or worse) has that spot contracted (unless ....).
