Brockie 16 goals in 2,119 minutes. Waffles 5 goals in 1,355 minutes.

Waffles is here and is learning the system, so its his spot to lose. Brockie will have to come back and fight for his spot. Brockie probably offers more impact off the bench than Waffles also. I think we will see the best out of Waffles this season.

He's been at 7 pro clubs before comming here and for the last 10 years has struggled to get on the score sheet.

Have the systems at all of those clubs not suited him? I think he would be great in the Central League but sorry, he's not up to A League standard.

Wow... first you were saying Brockie is better than him and now you're saying he's not even good enough to play in the A-League?
Yeah that statement is incorrect to say the least.

Been saying that since we signed him and he proved it correct last season, another wasted import signing spending to much time sitting on the bench.

The Central League comment was because that is the grade of player he is scoring all his pre season goals against that has those in support of him all excited.

The same people Brockie was scoring for fun against last season.

Waffles was signed after pre-season and yes he struggled to make an impact. It was probably a combination of lack of fitness and not suiting the style we ended up playing. This season he has a full pre-season under his belt and Ernie has indicated that he wants to play a style which a number of us think will suit his skills better than the one we played last season. If he is going to make an impact, it will be this season. If he doesn't, he is off contract and won't be re-signed.
