So I rang ticketek 0800 TICKETEK (842538) and they say it has to be done at the ground tomorrow
The Season Ticket Benefits FAQs state you can buy them online with discount or at a Ticketek outlet (Michael Fowler outlet might be open today)
As a Season Ticket holder, how do I purchase match day tickets at the 20% discount?
When the individual match tickets go on sale in September, Season ticket holders can either call the Phoenix booking line on 04 384 2457, or go into a Ticketek outlet to purchase. You will need to quote your membership number. If you would like to purchase online, you will need to use your membership number as your password.
