It hasn't really been mentioned on any of the other threads, but is anyone else absolutely stoked about how Krishna has finally reached his potential as an A-League leading striker? The guy is an absolute menance to opposition defenders and has become basically unplayable. Yeah 4 of his 11 have been pens but from memory they were all pens he won himself by being unstoppable.

He's always been a decent player; quick, strong on the ball and with an incredible work-rate. However even at the start of this season there were plenty of people on here questioning his goal scoring contribution. I honestly don't think there is a better all-round front man in the league right now, and he's a Nix player. What a time to be alive.

Posted on the Roy Krishna thread asking whether if he kept his form up, Krishna's season would be the best individual season in Nix history. I have to agree - he's immense and dare I say our best ever player with Ifill. The whole fake-injury debacle that may or may not be true deflected some people but he seems so much happier now and I sincerely hope he stays with us for the rest of his career (after we get our brand new shiny 10 year license obvs), barring a move back to Fiji for their new pro league.

Interesting to note - he married his girlfriend in June this year. His performances have clearly superseded anything he's done prior to that, and he said on Twitter a couple days ago that his wife's his inspiration and motivation. Cheers Naziah!!
