Krishna is not a penalty taker, I've said that on here several times.

Let's just ignore he's scored more penalties this season than anyone else in the league.

We've also had more penalties than anyone else in the league, and he's missed two. Tbh he's not a quality penalty taker

So last night was the sixth time Krishna has missed a penalty. Considering he is equal top penalty taker now with Ifill on seven, means he is nearly 50/50 on if he will score or not.

I believe the other 5 have all been tapped in after though? I could be wrong on that though. So yeah the pens are saved but does that matter if we still score?

I think it does matter, because it shows someone else should probably be taking penalties.  No ifs, buts or maybes, every penalty should be scored - you shouldn't have to rely on the rebound which is pure luck really.  It cost us a point but I don't think it's going to change our season

So much this.

From what I heard, a failed penalty is always the penalty taker's fault - no matter how much we think a goalie "saves" a penalty. Hopefully our resident goalies, past and present, might comment.
