Never in Doubt
What a nightmare reading through the thread on Sunday morning and not knowing the result. Phew, what a relief to read those three words.
I did feel OK, just OK, with the prior, "Italiano MOM" one, but that could've still meant we got pipped, again.
The crazy thing about the negativity on this forum last night is for good chunks of the game we were two goals up and on the ascendancy, were never behind, and had a pretty solid defence for the last couple of games.
I just don't understand it.
Did you watch the game, mate ? There was a reason Italiano was MoM. We held on in the first and barely hung on in the 2nd
Overall a good performance against a more confident side, but lets not prefend our defence isn't still a sieve.
The general negativity may come from being bottom of the damn table. Just a guess.
