Well ive been on the phone to TAB all morning. Looks like they arent going to pay out and are just going to refund some bets and not others even though it clearly states in their terms and conditions that they should be paying out.
15.13 Football (a) Match betting is conducted according to Normal Time unless otherwise stated. If a match is abandoned, bets will be Void **unless a result has already been determined.**

Well they have to pay up on a result or final score bet, that’s clear from your quoted rule.
