That would be Conga Line. Congo is one of a couple of countries in Central Africa. Sorry, wouldn't normally bother but I'm bored.

Ironically the country with Democratic in its name is not democratic, and the other one is. Usually the case though, same with North Korea which is the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea whereas South Korea is just called the Republic of Korea/
