You're asking a lot from a keeper to readjust to a glancing header from your own player two yards away.
A lot of teams don't have players on the post... why not have the extra player trying to win the ball and clear it (pro active vs reactive) What would have been better in that situation is Italiano dominating the space and going to the ball.
