Up front we don’t need to worry - just get rid of Watson, and focus on Rogerson. Yeah he hasn’t been impressive this season for the Weenix, but he can play anywhere on the front three, he’s young, and very promising and he won’t get anywhere rotting in the reserves. Singh can do a job on the wings as well, and imo he’s one of the most promising youngsters in Nix history (not a difficult list to be on to be frank). Also, we’re the third highest scorers in the league - something’s obviously clicking.

We are the only professional pathway for kids in NZ after all - we should be making the most of that

So he's been poor at a lower level - but you think he's very promising and should be given 1st team football now? On what basis do you think he will step up?

I guess the reasoning is that if we're paying both of them we can cut the one that is a lost cause and save money that way.

However, if that's the rationale then cut both and find a Kiwi striker than can make an impact off the bench. That's the sticking point though.
