Aus have royally fudgeed the messaging and most people are now waiting for Pfizer because of it. Pfizer supply won't come until the end of the year. Seasons in the bin already.

The start of the season, now looks highly likely to be disrupted. Maybe another all teams hub in QLD to start with, or similar. Victoria even. But way way too early, to say will be worse scenario than that at the moment.

Aussie is doing 1M vaccinations a week now, so about 12M more vaccinations by end of October - not allowing for any increase (which is planned) in vaccination rates. They have already done 10.5M jabs, so lets say 22-23M jabs by end October, or for simplicity 11-11.5M people double vaccinated. Aus pop over age 14, is about 20M - so you would be talking around 55-60% popn above age 14, double jabbed by end Oct.

I've made some assumptions, and next few months esp in NSW won't be great, but situation won't look so grim by the time A League is close to kicking off.
