The NRL is also a shark load more flush with cash than the APL/A League owners.

I'm guessing the NRL is probably paying a bit chunk, if not all of the Warriors's relocation costs. Plus given the big Warriors following in SE Queensland, they probaly would draw crowds there not too much smaller than what they regularly draw at Mt Smart. All the Sydney NRL clubs also have reasonable fan bases in SE QLD, ie lots of ex Sydneysiders living in QLD, to swell 'home Redcliffe' crowds for Warriors when hosting Sydney teams.

That's very different to the Nix drawing what 1,000-1,500 in the Gong (or where ever they start this new season in Aussie), and Welnix owners by sound of it forking out most of the relocation costs. I imagine they would want to get back to Welly, as soon as any 2 way TT bubble sans MIQ is open again. Similar with Breakers I'm guessing.
