Means a new captain needed with Alex out (speedy recovery to the lad). I would go for Scott Wootton personally. He has settled in well and his obvious vocal contribution shows he is a natural leader

Bally should be captain until Sail returns

EDIT: except he of course is suspended for a week! Maybe Payne?
