Player need 4-6 weeks to get up to full game fitness and 5-6 games to peak.
Rumors are that the A-League teams are lazy trainers, that is in excusable. I always thought fitness should be the most straightforward to achieve. It all about correct training, nutrition, physio and rest.
For example, Florian Wirtz already played 32 games and 72 min/game this season and that even includes playing for Germany.

Singh should be fully trained, so he will be jet lagged for week and off he goes.
And under no way should he follow any Italiano instructions, he is creative midfielder and should do his creative things.
