So if neither being positive nor negative on here will make a difference, then what's the point in complaining about 'angst' (why this word is so overused on here, I do not know) constantly?

Because it's UPSETTING and ANNOYING.

You have the right to angst. And we have the right to tell you to shut up. That's what "freedom of speech" means.
