I was most surprised at Daniel, Greenacre and Bonevacia getting into my 10, but I had to stay faithful to my method, and didn't fluff any scores to try and manipulate final ratings

I did do some sense checks before tallying up e.g. "if that guy gets an 8 for loyalty, but he gets a 9, what is the difference?" and ended up changing some individual category scores to ensure that they were relative to each other. 

That was very important in the Team Success and Career Longevity categories. Also something that changed out of that was that i had Brown with a very high X Factor, due to his penchant for a worldy, but in reality I had to reduce it - yes he showed some unexpected brilliance at times, but I can't realistically say he had nearly as much X Factor as someone like Ifill.
