When did they say an announcement was imminent? The only thing I saw was they were hoping to sign someone by Christmas which, unless the Phoenix suddenly pull out their "Important announcement" tweet right now, is looking unlikely.
Yeah, I saw that too but there's been nothing from anywhere else so I assumed they were just talking shark.
