If its gonna be Greenie & Des (I still want Ramon myself), I hope they get a long term deal. Appointing them for the rest of the season & reviewing at seasons end is treading water. We don't have time for that, we need to keep progressing towards the goal of meeting these metrics specified by the FFA. Saying these 2 guys are our coaches moving forward towards this goal is a decisive statement by WelNix.

Welnix can say that, these two have long term support, but that doesn't mean anything in football. If the team performs poorly, they have no discernible positive impact or no indication of progression to a style of play or system that could bring us better results then they would have to be on shaky ground.

Our performances over the past 3 games have, IMHO, been a slight regression over most of the games this season under Ernie.
