He said he was dizzy, yet played for the rest of the game. He said his head hurt for several days afterwards, yet he was on a plane the next day to play in the ACL, he also said that Durante chocked him to the extent that he couldn't talk to the doctor, where no video footage that I've seen supports that, and no testimonial from anyone that was there from what has been said backs this up. In fact, despite the videos and photos, and the fact that the ref, the dr, and other players were all in close proximity the MRP has said that they could not prove that he was chocked...

Berisha does not get the benefit of the doubt.

What happened after and how he reacted is completely irrelevant in terms of how he was medically treated. You can have a concussion and still react like a Twit. It's not up to you, nor is it up to the players, to determine whether he is concussed or not. Any head knock needs to be treated with the utmost caution; it's not out of the realms of possibility that an elbow to the back of the head could cause serious neurological damage. (though some may say Berisha has this already)

Personally I think Dura standing over him was a dick move, but Berisha coming out afterwards like he did trumped him in terms of dickishness.
