I don't have any issue with Berisha lying on the ground after the Siggy challenge. He got elbowed in the head. That actually hurts.

What has irked me is how he's come out to the media acting like a scorned puppy dog while slandering another player just to get off his ban.

he wasn't though, he was rolling around vigorously rubbing the area where be was hit and glancing at the ref to see if he was watching. He wasn't behaving like someone who was injured until the dr was on the scene giving the concussion test. Presumably because the Dr told him to lie still. If he was injured he wouldn't be trying to play it up.

It's not really up to you or other players to judge whether he was actually concussed or not - that's up to the doctor. He got elbowed in the back of the head - that is a fact - and it's a fact that it could possibly cause concussion.

If he wasn't alternating between rubbing his head vigorously and checking to make sure the ref was looking I would feel sympathy for him. He was treating it like he had an insect bite and it was itchy, not as though it was a pain from being struck with a possible concussion. It was clear he was looking for a reaction from the ref and was completely haming it up.

He said he was dizzy, yet played for the rest of the game. He said his head hurt for several days afterwards, yet he was on a plane the next day to play in the ACL, he also said that Durante chocked him to the extent that he couldn't talk to the doctor, where no video footage that I've seen supports that, and no testimonial from anyone that was there from what has been said backs this up. In fact, despite the videos and photos, and the fact that the ref, the dr, and other players were all in close proximity the MRP has said that they could not prove that he was chocked...

Berisha does not get the benefit of the doubt.
