UEFA with it's various league coefficients has Serbia at 22nd. The SPL is 17th, Sweden 18th, Israel 19th, Cyprus (a surprise) at 20th, Croatia 21st. Serbia pulled down a bit by Red Star regularly failing to do anything in the UCL.
